After payment, usage rights are transferred as per the agreed terms.
KMU Technovate retains the right to showcase completed work as part of portfolios or case studies unless restricted by NDA.
6. Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality and do not disclose sensitive information to third parties without consent.
Clients are also expected to maintain confidentiality regarding KMU Technovate’s processes, pricing, and proprietary methods.
7. Limitation of Liability
KMU Technovate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue, or growth outcomes, as results depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.

9. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with prior written notice as per agreed terms.
Upon termination, all pending dues must be cleared immediately.
Any completed work till the termination date remains chargeable.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
